To clear up any ambiguity that may exist, ALL GAS Pistols are only covered under warranty when used with HFC 134a gas. Use of any other gas, even once, will PERMANENTLY invalidate your warranty. Tactical Airsoft Supply offers "piece of mind" money back guarantee on its products for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase.
Any items returned under our 15-day money back guarantee must be as new, in the original undamaged packaging and be missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BBs.
NOTE: This Guarantee does allow you to: Remove the item from the package. Charge the battery. (if applies) Load the magazine. Shoot and/or use the product.

LIMITED AEG/GBB WARRANTY.
Tactical Airsoft Supply warrants that the Air Soft gun you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30,60 or 90 days from the date of purchase depending on brand, type or if AEG has custom work done by TAS.  Warranty time will be specified by the product listing on www.tacticalairsoftsupply.com or otherwise specified at point of sale.
Tactical Airsoft Supplys entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be replacement or repair of the Airsoft gun and/or products, IF returned to Tactical Airsoft Supply with in the warrantee period and you have met all our warranty conditions.

Conditions of the Warranty:
Applies to all products purchased after 1st September 2007,A signed copy of warranty must be received by Tactical Airsoft Supply within 14 business days from the time the product is received. Information required: Full name, current address, current phone number, and serial number of AEG under warranty. The original receipt will also be required as proof of purchase.

Specific Items covered under this warranty:
*workmanship and manufacturing quality on internal components, workmanship by TAS technicians. Internal parts covered: Gearbox shell, Motor, Pinion Gear, Gear set, Piston, Piston head, Bushings, Spring guides, Cylinder head, Tappet plate, air Nozzle, Anti reversal latch, trigger assy (electrical/mechanical), selector switch. Tactical Airsoft Supply also pledges to take priority in all of our repair work and will complete any repair work, if all parts are in stock, within 14 days upon receiving warrantied AEG/GBB.  If by chance your AEG/GBB is not mailed for return within 14 days All shipping costs will be paied by TAS.

The Tactical Airsoft Supply warranty does not include any the following:
" Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item to Tactical Airsoft Supply for repair or return back to the customer.
* Any external components and hop up assy. (hand inspected by TAS before shipment)
" Any breakages as a result of accidental damage.
" Any routine maintenance required
" Any faults arising from misuse
" Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by the Tactical Airsoft Supply
" Any upgrades that have been installed in the weapon other than those done by the Tactical Airsoft Supply technicians.
" Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BBs. If a gas pistol / rifle / product is being covered under our 2 month or 60 day warranty (which ever comes first) then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with anything other than HFC 134A Gas.
Your Tactical Airsoft Supply warranty is also invalidated if:
" The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format (unless carried out by our technicians)
" Any repairs to the item(s) have been carried out by any non Tactical Airsoft Supply technicians.
" Our tamper proof safeguards are damaged or have been removed in any way.

Terms of the warranty
Tactical Airsoft Supply reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time. United States of America law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States of America courts.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY PRODUCTS YOURSELF, AS DOING SO WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.

How do I get my Tactical Airsoft Supply product repaired under its manufactures warranty?
In the unlikely event that a product proves faulty within warranty terms specified for your product (30,60,90 day) from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact Tactical Airsoft Supply immediately. Tactical Airsoft Supply will then have the problem resolved under the terms and conditions of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labor subject to the Conditions of the Warranty

Returns Policy on any new weapons or accessories
In the unlikely event that your new Airsoft weapon or accessory purchased from Tactical Airsoft Supply is faulty then please contact Tactical Airsoft Supply immediately and a replacement product will be dispatched to you as soon as the originally purchased goods are returned and confirmed to be faulty by our technicians.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged from carelessness or misuse.
Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our technicians will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% of the original purchase price.
